Born and raised in Belgium, Bart came to the United States in 1987 as a high school exchange student. He returned to Belgium in 1988 to go to college . He returned to the USA in 1993 to obtain a degree in Broadcasting. Bart started working as an audio engineer at a local radio station and quickly moved to become an audio engineer for a local production facility. Currently, Bart works as a Flemish voice-over but remains in the USA with his wife and son.
